Save the date for Salem State's annual celebration of undergraduate, graduate, and faculty research and creative activities! Sponsored by Academic Affairs, Frederick E. Berry Library, the School of Graduate Studies, and the Research Day Committee.
This year's Research Day theme is Curiosity, Creativity, and Conversation. We'll connect with one another and proudly share our accomplishments via poster presentations, panel sessions, and performances in this day-long conference. Friends, families, and community members are warmly invited to join!
Research Day Registration
This year’s theme, "Curiosity, Creativity, and Conversation," invites participants to share their work through poster presentations, lightning talks, panel sessions, and performances. Proposals will be juried to ensure a diverse and engaging program, so we encourage you to submit a clear and compelling description of your project.
- Submission deadline: Monday, March 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM
- Proposal guidelines: Titles should be concise (12 words max), descriptions should not exceed 100 words, and submissions should align with the event’s overall theme. Whether your work is research-based, analytical, or creative, your proposal should clearly define its purpose, methodology, and anticipated impact.
In March, the Research Day committee will review proposals and begin to plan the event program. The committee will notify applicants of their acceptance by Monday, March 31.
