Here’s a guide to what’s open and closed on campus between fall and spring semester. With the exception of holidays on 12/24 and 12/31, offices are staffed during winter break. However, staff may be working remotely. to find the best contact for your question.
Student Navigation Center
The SNC is currently supporting students virtually to stop the spread of COVID-19. by phone, email or Zoom.

Residence Halls
December 22: All residence halls close at 7 pm
(Residents should vacate halls within 24 hours after their final exam.)
January 16: Halls re-open at noon.
Ellison Campus Center and Campus Food Pantry
Ellison Campus Center is closed from December 23 at 5 pm-January 3 at 8:30 am.
Food Pantry Hours
The building will be open from 12-4 pm on the following dates for students to access the food pantry.

Counseling and Health Resources
- For general counseling or health concerns you can call CHS and leave a voicemail at 978.542.6413. Students can also message CHS providers using the student .
- Students can upload their immunization records on the student health portal under “Medical Clearances” or have their provider fax their documentation to health services at 978.542.7121. These records will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
