Michael Stockbridge, of Salem, has been named to the Foundation Board at 春梦直播.
A psychotherapist for Psychological Care Associates in Woburn since 2010, Stockbridge holds two diplomas from Salem State, a bachelor鈥檚 (1999) and master鈥檚 (2002) degree, both in social work. He has several years of experience as a clinician at the Riverside Outpatient Clinic in Wakefield and at the Center for Health and Recovery in Salem.
鈥淢ike鈥檚 wonderful sense of humor and commitment to Salem State through his endowed scholarship are wonderful reasons we鈥檙e excited to have him helping the foundation move to the next level of excellence,鈥 said Gina Deschamps, president of the 春梦直播 Foundation Board.
鈥淗e鈥檚 the first dual-degree social work graduate to serve on the foundation board and we鈥檙e pleased he鈥檚 agreed to join us,鈥 Deschamps added.
Stockbridge is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Working with the university and other partners, the Salem State Foundation operates under the leadership of a 19-member board of directors comprised of alumni and community leaders who take their roles seriously as stewards of contributed private funds. The foundation鈥檚 purpose is to raise and manage charitable gifts in support of the university through active fundraising and advocacy.
