Dear Viking Students,
Due to the unavoidable disruptions caused by the winter storm on Thursday, December 17, and the need to reschedule some final examinations, we will be extending the grading due date until 10 am on December 28.
Undergraduate Day Courses Normally Scheduled Before 4:30 pm
Makeup exams for undergraduate day courses will be held on Wednesday, December 23 at the time originally scheduled for your exam.
As we mentioned in our email of last week, if you are taking undergraduate day courses you will have the ability to choose online in Navigator whether or not you want to take your letter grades in your undergraduate fall 2020 classes until January 11, 2021. If you have an exam conflict between two classes, please make sure to inform both of your faculty members immediately so that you can work on an individual arrangement for completing your final coursework. All undergraduate day sections scheduled 4:30 pm and later will follow the Continuing and Professional Studies schedule outlined below.
Continuing and Professional Studies and Graduate Courses
The makeup day for graduate and continuing and professional studies courses for any final work required by your course is Tuesday, December 22.
For those taking undergraduate classes only, you will have the ability to choose online in Navigator whether or not you want to take your letter grades in your fall 2020 classes until January 11, 2021.
