About "What's Love Got To Do With It?"
Art is a language unto itself and the creative process remains as mysterious as the language of love. When you put the two together, you are in some very strange and interesting territory. The six artists in this exhibition share not only a deep involvement in the creative process but also share a personal relationship.
The artists share narrative statements about the work on view, and reflect on their individual creative process and artistic trajectory. They also offer insight into how their relationship affects their production as artists and vice versa. Their revelations are as rich and compelling as the work on display in this exhibition.
